International Chat Process – Customer Support
Location:
Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi / NCR
Job Responsibilities:
Handle international customer chats to deliver excellent customer service.
Resolve customer queries related to products and services efficiently.
Maintain high-quality communication standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Qualification:
Undergraduate / Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates (0–5 years) are eligible.
Skills Required:
Excellent written and spoken English.
Effective chat handling skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Salary:
₹3 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (as per experience & performance).
Other Details:
5 days working.
Rotational night shifts.
Two-way cab facility available.
Full-time, permanent role.
